Aims, values & principles

The aim of the MHTS is to provide a responsive, accessible, independent and impartial service when making decisions on the compulsory care and treatment of people with mental disorders.

 

In order to achieve our aim, we adopt the core values of professionalism, independence, and inclusiveness in
