Tribunal administration

The activities of administration are delegated by the President, Dr Joe Morrow.

Received Applications

All applications, appeals, revocations are directed to the Operations team.
When an application is received it is recorded and processed by our team of caseworkers. Caseworkers issue letters to advise when a hearing is due to take place and invite the parties and interested persons to attend.

Processing Applications

When a hearing has taken place to consider the application and a decision has been reached, the caseworker sends copies of the written decision to the parties.

Our Scheduling team arrange the location of the venue. They also arrange for Panel Members to be assigned to the hearing.

Hearing

On the day of the hearing, Hearings' Clerks will be in attendance at the venue. They advise participants with regards to logistics. The Hearings' Clerk is the first point of contact for any queries that arise at a hearing.
