Navigate to : Scottish Courts webpage & Search facility

  1. Enter Mental Health Tribunal in the Search field
  2. Ensure that the exact match check box is checked
  3. Hit Search

This will return a list of cases involving MHTS in a new window, with a link to the text of each decision.
