Motion to Adjourn

If panel members are seeking an adjournment of a scheduled hearing, please complete the Motion to adjourn a scheduled hearing fully, and following the directions given in Advice on submitting a motion to adjourn Rule 65 or Rule57.

For all other Motions, please complete General motions to the Tribunal, with all required information.

 

Forms

From 13 August 2007 the forms recommended for use by the Tribunal under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (2003 Act) changed from version 5.0 to version 6.0.

Version 5.0 forms are no longer in use.
