• The nearest railway stations are Slateford Railway Station (1.2 miles or a 24 minute walk) and Haymarket (1.25 miles or a 25 minute walk from the venue).
   
• The nearest bus stop is on Springvalley Gardens, a 3 minute walk, and bellhaven Place, a 4 mknute walk from the venue.  the 27 bus runs to Slateford, and the 11, 16 and 27 buses run to Haymarket.

Facilities

• This is a hospital venue which complies with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) for building accessibility.
   
• There is a small car park outside the venue and other car parks are available nearby. The parking is free but very limited and some areas are restricted.
   
• There is a canteen and WRVS shop on-site in the main hospital, accessible through the MacKinnon House entrance.  there are also local shops and cafes a 15 minute's walk away on Morningside.
