In this section there are written judgments of the courts in cases where an appeal or Petition for Judicial Review has been brought against a decision of the Tribunal.
The Tribunal has also maintained Case Digests, which summarise and comment on appeals and judicial reviews concerning Tribunal decisions where a written judgement has been issued by the court. Also included are other cases of interest, not involving the Tribunal. Volume 1 of the Case Digest was published in 2011 and volume 2 in 2022.
We also publish a selection of the Tribunal’s decisions in individual cases, at the end of each month. These are accessible using the table on the page below.
