Complaints against a member of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland
Any complaint relating to a judicial member of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland requires to be sent in the first instance to the Judicial Office for Scotland. Please use the links below to access the Complaint Form which should be used.

Once we receive your complaint, we aim to provide you with a response within five working days, by which time we would hope we can answer your complaint. When submitting your complaint, please provide as much detail as possible, so we can provide a full response. If we cannot respond fully within five days, we will let you know when we expect to be able to do so.
