For use in appeals made in terms of the following sections of the Act: Section 125 (hospital transfer), Section 126 (transfer to State hospital), Section 201 (variation of conditional discharge), Section 204 (recall from conditional discharge), Section 219 (hospital transfer CORO), Section 220 (transfer to State hospital CORO) and Section 290 (cross border transfer).
