For use in applications made in terms of the following sections of the Act: Section 50 (challenging STDC), Section 99 (challenging extension of CTO), Section 100 (applying to have CTO revoked), Section 120 (challenging recall to hospital), Section 163 (challenging extension of CO), Section 164 (applying to have CO revoked), Section 164A (seeking non-disclosure of CO), Section 192 (applying to have CORO revoked), Section 214 (applying to have HD or TTD revoked), Section 256 (applying to have named person removed), Section 264 (seeking excessive security declaration/State hospital), Section 268 (excessive security declaration/medium secure unit) and Section 291(seeking declaration of unlawful detention).
